Welcome to Awaken Sacred Wisdom ("Awaken," "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using Awaken, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Awaken is a mobile application that provides a 365-day progressive journey through spiritual wisdom quotes sourced from diverse sacred texts and traditions. The App includes daily quotes, reflection prompts, a personal journal, bookmarking, sharing features, and progress tracking.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Awaken. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Free features: Awaken offers limited free access including a preview of the 365-day journey.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

App content: The selection, arrangement, and presentation of quotes within Awaken, along with all original content including reflection prompts, phase descriptions, commentary, app design, and branding, are the intellectual property of Awaken Sacred Wisdom and are protected by copyright law.
Source material: The individual quotes presented in Awaken are sourced from historical sacred texts, philosophical works, and published writings. Many of these source texts are in the public domain. Where quotes are from copyrighted works, they are used under fair use principles for educational and transformative purposes. All quotes include proper attribution to their original source.
User content: You retain all rights to content you create within the App, such as journal entries. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Awaken is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awaken Sacred Wisdom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of Awaken after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Awaken Sacred Wisdom regarding your use of the App.
